	This is the sketch of my initial idea. I do this on parchment paper so I can make corrections and adjustments before transferring the image to watercolor paper.
	At this point I paint the underlayment and the "soul" of the animal or person. It seems to bring the painting more to life when I do.
	Now I start layering color. I have a tendency to work from top to bottom in my paintings.
	I've layered more color and added the smaller image from the clients photos. i will be adding another image in the upper right to further define the character of this springer.
